HCF members benefit from no out of pocket expense on preventative services. This includes, examinations, x-rays, and cleans. Members also receive two fully covered mouth guards per year (limits apply).
In addition to these benefits, HCF members are entitled to the maximum rebate on all other services at Smile Style Dental.
